So We have been thinking a lot lately about the girls hair being cut and how it will be easier to take care of especially in the summer. So after I was doing yard work this morning I said Rylee lets go cut your hair. As I was doing it I could not cut her hair. We were going to cut it to her jaw and got it all ready and could not do it. I took off almost an inch and in the pictures it probably doesn't look like it but her hair was braided in the before picture. I think I like her hair long,

Maevree's blessing day, actually a week later. We are so happy to have both sets of grandparents here and Jerimiah and Amanda come with their children, Tabitha and Seth. We missed family that were not able to make it but totally understand why!

Oh how they grow so fast. We love this little girl. We are 2 months old weighing 9 lbs 8 oz and 23 1/2 inches long. Had our first set of shots and doing fairly well.

Went to the dr. again for a weight check and we have lost another 2 oz. The Dr. said not to worry about it but they said by her 2 week visit she needs to be at her birth weight. Well that appt. is on the 5th of April and I really don't think she will be there if today the weighed her and she was less than when she went in last time. I guess I will be giving her some formula at least twice a day to see if that helps. Who knows!

SHE IS HERE!!! Yeah :) Maevree LaMae Udy was born March 20.2011. @ 3:49 am. contractions started at 1 a.m. and back labor of course, nurses that did not listen again and no epidural, pain was intense, husband not very happy they did not listen and to see his wife go through this pain does not make him a happy man. But all in the end with all the months of different hormone changes, eating changes, weight changes, and Dr. visits, and the pain of the contractions starting and how long will this one last we have this beautiful baby that comes straight from our Heavenly Father into our arms and aren't we the luckiest to have something so pure in our arms. I love having this new addition to our family. Having 5 beautiful girls is wonderful. The older girls are very helpful and even though the 1% of them hoping it would be a boy they absolutely love having her as their sister.
She is such a great baby even though she is one week today. She sleeps from 10 to 4 than 4 to 8. Likes to be help but doesn't mind laying down for while. Loves looking around already and trying to focus on things already. Loves to here Ashlee on the piano. Took her to piano lessons on Saturday and she would cry until Ashlee played the piano, I loved it. more photos to come, haven't gotten around to the photo taking yet, it's busy being a mom in general but to have 5 is a little bit tough when your still trying to get your whole strength back. I do own a lot of thank yous to my wonderful husband for taking 3 weeks off to help around the house. He is doing such an awesome job. I love this man!

I love the spring and hate it for all those that have allergies. The tree's are in bloom and I tried taking some spring pictures of rylee. There were some fun ones, crazy ones, and we tried to hard smiling ones. It was fun though. Can't wait till the others girls come home from school and we can take some of them. I love when the world looks alive again after a dead winter.

I love church sports. There is no competition and when you don't really know how to play it is a great learning experience. Aubree told me she was not going to play basketball for church that she wasn't going and that was it. I told her that she had yo go there will be only 4-5 games and thats it. You will like it. But of course mom knows nothing.... Wait who like or loves basketball... AUBREE!!! she has a great coach and she enjoys playing. She made 2 baskets her last game and we have won every game. We are excited that she enjoys it.

Went to the Dr. today. Baby is still high but to me that means nothing. Ashlee was high even after they broke my water and 3 hours later there she was. I will start my walking since I am in the clear free zone now. They say the baby weighs 6 lbs and 4 oz. I think it would be perfect for her to come NOW!!! We will be seeing baby Maevree soon, I say within the next 2 weeks.

Well I have to say YEAH for the chiropractors! They have made my little sydnee better. She has felt good and energy level is back where she wants it. I love have healthy babies again. Just in time to have the baby now. 4 weeks and 5 days left, hoping for 1 week left. Contractions have started yesterday but did not go anywhere. Still pregnant and ready! I have a dr. appt on thursday to find out how big the baby is and hopefully the countdown will begin.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY RYLEE!!

Wow time flies, she is 3 today. I still haven't figured out the picture thing to put pictures onto the computer. We are so blessed to have this wonderful little girl in our lives. She has a wonderful attitude in life. Very happy(most of the time) very sweet, has her own little temper but never last to long. I think the only girl in the family that is a mamma's girl. The rest have been stuck on their Dad. That is ok though. We are very lucky to have her in our family.

I have a lot to update here. Just changed the background since HALLOWEEN! What, get on the ball Heather. Lots been going on, since last post. Went to Vegas with Rylee to visit family, I miss very very much. Got to see Jessie's new home which is beautiful, saw Holly and her family. Got to finally see Melly's home which is bigger than it seems from the outside, she will never have to move. Wait I could move in and there would still be room, haha.

Came home and Sydnee was sick, just the common cough, running nose, and looked like she did not feel well. Took her to the Dr. gave her a z pac and one week later she was better. Wait 1 week good then got the same thing again. Took her back to the dr. put her on a in haler and amoxicillian for the weekend, took e-rays of her chest, they thought she may have pneumonia, negative results, YEAH! day 2 on the inhaler no more cough but continued for the 3 days and finished meds. no joke was better 1 week and guess who gets sick again,SYDNEE. Same thing again. Coughing, nose, and her poor little face looks so sick. Heather takes her back to the drs. and they put her on amoxicillian again for 2 weeks and inhaler for a full week. gets better for just a couple of days and guess who got it again on Saturday, sydnee. Poor little girl. We have decided to take her to a chiropractor to see if he will be able to help. she will have her 2nd appt tomorrow. I hope s=he can do something for her, cause I need her to get better so she can play and have fun again. She has just been so tired and miserable.

What else has been going on. Last Friday night derrick was vacuuming the church for a funeral that was taking place that night and just turned the right way and hurt his back very bad. Poor guy. He came home from the funeral and could not move. The only movement he did for three day was move from the bed upstairs to the floor down stairs. We got him finally into a chiropractor and he has been to work. He still is in pain but he is moving and thats a good sign. We will get him better and hope he will get full strength of his back again.

Aubree and Ashlee got honor roll on their report card this quarter. I am so proud of them, working hard and keeping their grades high. If sydnee was able to get it in the first grade she would have got principals list, straight A's. She's loves school and I hope she continues to love it for the rest of her school years.

We have 6 weeks left until our 5th baby girl is due. And the struggle of naming this poor child has been difficult. Not sure why but it has. Maybe cause I ended all my girls with the ee and since I have to that start with A's and one with a S, and the other with a R i am limitied. I won't do another s because the r will say why am I the only one with a R and then the same with the s if I name it with a r. It is stupid but thats me for you. So all the names this little one could have been: Lundee LaMae, Pasilee LaMae, Hadlee LaMae, Emiree LaMae, Maebree LaMae, Tinlee LaMae. do you think Derrick and I could agree on any of them, NO! Friday came and we were at lunch and we needed to decide on a name. we did and I still feel fine with it and it has been almost a week. So we both liked Avree but there would be another A name and I being a brat did not want that, but I really like Maebree and Derrick did not care for that. So we added them kind of together and came up with Maevree LaMae Udy. So we are happy to have a name for our little one.

This is our YW bike trip at Chincoteage VA. We took a 11 mile bike trip and saw wild horse, a light house covered with mosquito's, and then the Beach. We had lots of fun.

It was quite funny, rylee was crying over something and I could not get her to stop so I took a picture of her crying and showed her and she asked: Why is rylee crying, I said: I dont know can you tell her to stop and she started laughing!!

this is when we went to Palmyra NY. We had so much fun. While we were waiting for the pageant to start they had the characters come and and we could take pictures with them. Quite cool I thought.

This was our camping trip we took last summer. We love camping. This is our sunset one of the nights. BEAUTIFUL!!! It was amazing, in one of the pictures you can see the girls swimming still. We camped right on waterfront I should say. It was to be beach front but they miss understood us and also this water is fresh water no beach salty water. Funny thing, but we had a blast.

Mom and Dad came out to see us here in Virginia Beach, I was so excited. We took them to Jamestown, Williamsburg, and of course the beach. We had lots of fun while they were her, but it seemed to fly, like always!

My poor little Rylee broke her tiny little wrist. Our friends invited us over to there house on and for Derricks birthday. Since he is the bishop and our ward meets at 3:00 pm he isn't out of the building until 730ish. we are at our friends waiting and the kids are out back playing and jumping on the trampoline. About 30 min after we arrived, Ashlee and Carson come running in yelling rylee fell off the trampoline and isn't moving. I freaked but before I could get to the door they had gone back outside and picked her up and brought her to me. I freaked again because I was not sure how she landed and didn't want her spine or neck to be broke. As soon as Derrick got there we took her to and urgent care and only her little wrist was tiny bit fractured. Poor little girl!

So since it had snowed so much we had fun building things. Sydnee was so excited to build her own snowman, and I think she did a really good job.

Now Aubree and Ashlee decided to try and make an igloo. I thought they did pretty good. It was very cold and trying to finish and do the top was going to be difficult, they did good. It took them 4 hours to do just this section.

Ok so in January we surprised Ashlee and got her a new bike. And we wake up and fine it now really easy to ride a bike in these weather conditions. It was 2 days later she finally got to ride her new bike.

Rylee is potty trained, YEAH!!! I really should say that she could have been potty trained by 11/2 if i got my lazy butt to it. She has always hated the wet and dirty diaper, but oh well. We started last Mon the 15 and by the 17 she had no more accidents. Then we were going to derricks parents Fri sat and sun and i was for sure that we would start back over. Not! she stayed dried and was waking up every morning with a dry diaper. I am amazed.It really only took 3 days to do it. She is very good at telling me when she needs to go and we are a very happy. I do really need to say thanks to the whole family because they all helped. I told the girls that when they get home from school that it was a family thing and they helped out so much.I love my girls!

We spent time in Maryland for the new year and it snowed.This was the first time rylee has seen snow. It was so funny when she picked up the snow with her hands she did not realize that it was making her hands cold and she was screaming. Sad but funny. We did not plan on staying for the snow and last minute minds had changed and the kids were very happy we stayed. They have not seen real snow since Kentucky. We do miss the snow. The girls had a lot of fun.

So long beach we will miss you!!! So sad that we can't go to the beach for 3 to 4 more months.. the cold hit to early this year. So SAD!!! When we moved here last year in Dec. I remember going to the beach with my girls all the way till the end of January. Not this year.

If a funeral can be called amazing, this was it. I have always felt like I have been very patriotic, that is how we were raised. But patriotism holds a brand new meaning for me. I have a new found respect for those who serve our country. It is a selfless act that they stand there at the front line while we are at home enjoying our time, our families, and our freedoms. I heard many times this past weekend how war is a "necessary evil" and I could not agree more.
Thursday, we drove to Hills Air Force Base in Salt Lake City, UT for the ramp ceremony of the body being flown in. The only word to describe this event was "chills." We all loaded up in a small bus and drove the 2 mile road to the runway. With the Patriot Guard in attendance, there was a very quiet ceremony. Our journey back was timeless. Every man or woman in uniform that day lined the streets, saluting as we passed with the hearst. No traffic was in movement. Men and women stopped their cars and stood outside with their hands on their hearts. The bus was silenced even with children aboard and not a dry eye present. Saturday, the funeral went all too well. The burial was another chilling moment. With the Honor Guard, the 21 Gun Salute, the trumpet being played, the Patriot Guards surrounding us with flags, its almost overwhelming.

Wow! has it been forever since I have updated this blog. Well things have happened,what kind of things... the beach, the library, the beach,church callings, the beach, and well the beach. Can you tell we love the beach.

We have gone a few trips to Maryland and back but nothing to exciting. Derrick and I celebrated our 12 year anniversary,in Maryland, not again.I am so very happy I married this man. He is such a wonderful, inspiring, loving,spiritual,handsome and I can keep going, But I love this man and so glad he puts up with me.

I am going to try to post some pictures of these lily pads. We see them every time we go to the beach. I think they are so pretty. If they turn out real well I am going to put them in a bathroom and finally decorate it.

I love the summer. I love the heat for some crazy reason. Being at the ocean helps with that though, just so relaxing. I enjoy in the evenings mowing the lawn to. The smell of fresh cut grass is so nice. I probably sound so gay but that is in my mind right now. I just cut the grass and that is what I smell right now.

So I took Aubree and Ashlee to go and get there hair cut this morning. I Think that both of them made good choices in what they wanted. Aubree really scared to get her hair cut because she wanted to grow it really long and Ashlee decided she wanted to do the same just recently. Aubree wanted to donate her hair but when we lived in TX she got high light put in and ruined that idea. it is ok though. The both like the out come of the hair and that makes it nice. I let them choose what they wanted and I am glad it was not to crazy. Can't wait till that comes if it comes.

We just got back from Maryland. We spent Easter with Derricks parents. We had lots of fun. We also spent some time with Derricks brother and his family. We had lots of fun. The on;y Sukey things was that Sydnee was sick the while time. She had allergies when we left but did not think that it would get worse. She did a wonderful job pushing through and trying to have a good time still. It also sucks that Derrick is getting sick and his mom is getting sick. AHHH! What can we do, it happens.

We got to go visit Gettysburg in Pennsylvania. My girls were some what interested but I think that it was more for adults though. Very interesting though. If you didn't listen in history and have the chance to go there, go. I wish I had pictures but I dropped our camera the night before we left and does not work at all. GREAT!!! after that we took the girls to the big Boyd's Bear factory. Amazing! If you are into bears this is the place to go.Don't go unless you plan on buying something for your little ones. They won't come out happy unless they get something :)!

The weather is starting to change and we are excited. can't wait till we can go to the beach and swim!!! we are signing my girls up for softball this spring. They are excited. We will see how they do. I am glad they are on different team too.

I am ready for warm weather. It has been beautiful lately, up in the 70 and 80 and now today and for the next 5 days we will be in the high 40 and low 50. No beach this week. stay in and go crazy. So starting this week I have been going to this aerobics class that is so intense. Wow, even running have been good, but doing this i have worked out muscles in my body that have not been used in a long time. My thighs, my butt, abs, everything. Now try running with a completely soar body. I will let you know when I do it. Sometime today I will get my butt up and running. Slow day. I think it is one o those days though, when you have 80 weather then today is has dropped to 48 and very cloudy no sun it gets funny out there. For example: my girls are up and ready for school usually by 7:30 and have about 10 min. to do what ever before the buss comes. well I look at the clock and Ashlee remembers that she did not do all her homework, i told her you have 10 min. hurry, and Aubree had hurt her wrist playing with the neighbor boys, she was playing Frisbee, and we had to ace her up. Well she has been wearing that all week then last night she missed placed it. So this morning we looked everywhere for it. We spent 20 min. looking for it and time exscaped us and the bus passes our home. Aubree being the funny person that she is says " Come on Ashlee we can run after it. I told her I will take you it is not that big of deal, but she thought she missed the bus and it was not ok. Anyway she is funny but I really think you get thrown off when it gets cloudy outside. We will see how the rest of the day goes.

We had Rylee's birthday on Thursday the 19th. She just turned 1. Time flys! She loved her cake and ate all of it but she did not get to messy. Not till the end she had a blob of it on her chin but other than that she did really well.

OK let me tell everyone out there that this is crazy. On Sunday this crazy little thing happened to me. We went to church, came home from church, fed the missionaries and after that I started to think about me life back in Vegas and our neighbors that lived next to us. They were great people. Just the thought process of it how they are doing, how many kids do they have, have they moved or are they still there. Well I get Monday morning and check my blog and my neighbor Amy Gardner had found me. I am excited for that. I think this blogging thing is so awesome. Anyway i think it is great when old friends find each other. To the Gardner's I hope things are great with you.

o.k I am finally back in the groove. I guess thanks to my sister Jessi for asking me if i have updated my blog yet, so as I am waiting for my visiting teachers to show up I will jot down everything that has been going on. We are finally in VA! Everything is going good so far not that it shouldn't. Still trying to sale the house in TX. lots of visitors but know one is very interest I guess. Not that I owned this house that I am saying this but I think it is a great house, nice ,open, a good home. Anyways that is our only stress right now. Kids are doing great in school, meeting new friends quickly.

I will be showing lots of pictures of the beach so hopefully you guys don't get bored with it. Rylee had a fun adventure going to the beach, i put her down knowing what she would do and she grabbed the dirt and put a whole hand full in her mouth and she did not care, she loved it and kept going, I did not mind that is a child's life what can we eat and how much. It was fun. My girls love the beach and it is not even summer yet. It was 35 degrees outside one day and I took the girls to the aquarium b/c of no school and on our way home the wanted to go to the beach I told them how cold it was not that they should have already known from being outside, but they were like lets go anyway. I took them and we spent all of 3 min. on the beach and they were ready to go. Kids are funny.

Still waiting for my V.T. it is 15 min. past the time not that I am be here right on time but call if you are going to be a little late. I have things I like to be doing. Like exercising.... Funny if you have all seem me but my goal this year is to lose as much weight that I can. I am training right now for a half marathon with some friends. It kind of is exciting to see what you can do. so to all you out there what is a good pair of running shoes?

I miss TX for sure ex specially being with my sister. AWWW!! I know I know. I miss my whole family. I will not be depressed though I will keep going strong and I have met some good people here.

I think that will be it for right now and no my visiting teachers are still not here, 30 min late.oh well another day.

Well we are getting closer to the date of moving. Crazy, times flies. I am getting excited to be in VA just to get my husband back. He flies to TX on Thursday and we leave for Vegas Friday morning. We will stay there until Dec. 1 and he will go back to VA and the girls and I will return to TX for 5 days and then VA is our new home for who knows how long. I have posted a map onto my blog to all the places we have lived or have been to and it is not 1/2 full yet but to me it feels like it. I am excited to be close to Maine though. I hear that it is beautiful there. I think Derrick and I will be going there soon. Just the 2 of us and get a little get away for some sea food and for us. We love traveling. So today after church the girls and I went to down town Frisco. It is not all that but it was cute in some ways. I took some pictures of the girls at some places but to get the picture of what I wanted did not turn out so well. My kids are lost in the photos we will say.

I forgot to let everyone know that Rylee is finally crawling!! It is mostly my fault since she is the last baby, I did not want her to grow up real fast, so no tummy time for her. Well my wonderful husband came home for Halloween and she started crawling at Ashlee's soccer game. Now he thinks it was all because he was home and she was waiting for him. Men, take all the credit! It has been almost a week now and she is room to room now. We think she will be walking by the end of the year. 81/2 months to crawl and the maybe at 10 months she will be walking. AH AH AH!!!

Talk about not with it lately. It has been forever since I have been on here. I remembered when I was walking this morning and this crazy thing happened and I had to tell someone. My husband is working in VA and I could not tell him and in Vegas it is only 5 in the morning there so I could not call. Holy is not home because she is with her hubby in New Mexico so I need to tell everyone now since I thought blog, I need to tell all of you. So I was walking my girls to school and I was walking all the way around my neighborhood .Getting to a street where it was not a four way stop but just a 2 way stop sign. the people going from east to west did not have to stop and the north to south did. so I stopped walking so these cars could go and a guy started to go which he was going west and did not have to stop, decided to slow down at tell me that I could walk across the street and I told him to go ahead. The there were 2 cars going south and the first car got rear ended by the car behind her. The first car got out ant told the car the hit her that I was going because that car was talking to the girl which was me. It was a brief second and he did not make a full stop he was going. So I just kept walking and not worrying about the lady's that where getting info from each other. I was up a block and I hear this old lady yelling out her window saying" My dear friend I want you to know that that was not a fender bender, if that person did not talk to you this would not have happened. I told her that she should have stopped and should not been in such a hurry to go and it would not have happened. She said that You should not have talked to that person and you would not have cause this to happen. I hope this is not confusing but all together I got blamed for a fender bender that I did nothing and got accused. What a start to the day.

Today was an exciting day for the girls. We had a street party. The city of Frisco puts on street parties so you get to know your neighbors just in case there is an unexpected guess. Well anyways the girls got to decorate their bikes and we had dinner with the people that live on our street. We had a lot of fun.

Well it has been 3 days since I have not had my wondeful husband home, He lives in VA until we go out there in Dec. I know that he checks this sometimes but I want him to know what a wonderful, caring ,thoughtful, loving husband he is. I love him so very much. He is a very hard working man. Ashlee has broken her left thumb. Not that it helps that she is a lefty!!! Ok how to start this story.... On Oct. 2 I get a call from Aubree from school" Mom can Victoria come over and play"? I say homework is done first then you have to help me clean then that will be ok. Homework is finished and I tell all the girls including Victoria that we need to clean so we can have the realtors take pictures of the house. I saw that Aubree was cleaning and Sydnee was cleaning but where is Ashlee and victoria? I yell at them down stairs and told them to help clean or Victoria will have to go home. My thought was ok they heard me and they will listen and so I went to my closet and started going through things. All of the sudden Ashlee comes upsatirs and told me that her thumb hurt. I asked what did you do? she says,me and Victoria were playing a game and she rolled over my hand and hurt my thumb. It was swollen!! I wish I had the picture on my regular camera but her thumb look like a little sausage. I told her to ice it and we will see what it looks like in the morning. Well morning comes and I thought Ashlee is going to be hurting, Nope, she comes down stairs singing I;m not going to school today,I broke my finger. I said that we do not know if it is broken yet. She laughed and said I know. So we make an appointment leave @ 930am to go see the pediatrician after an hour we are sent down stairs to get x rays, 45 minutes later we go back to the pediatrician. She see's the x rays and tells us that it is broken. A fractured bone. Then all dr. are on lunch break now so you need to go to another hospital at 130 to go see an orthopedic. So we grab lunch and head straight over to the other hospital. Get her hand cast and are finally home @ 300 exactly. What an exhausting day!! She will have her cast on for 2 weeks to go back get it re x-rayed then casted again for another 2 weeks and we go to there. No soccer or P.E. for 2 weeks.

Virginia Beach

I am back from Virginia Beach. What a beautiful place. It reminds me a lot of Kentucky, but there is a beach. We found a couple of homes but the one we are more interested in is 10 minutes form the beach. The housing is so different there than here in TX. Our home that is 3400 sqft and would sale around $280,000. There, a house this big would sale at $600,000 or more. So when we get a house it definitely will be a bit smaller due to prices, but that will be ok. We will pay it off quicker and have no house payment, NICE!!!I told Derrick plan on me being a beach bum already. It is beautiful. The fresh air from the ocean. AWWWW!!!! We have already planned our girls will be surfers. Well Ashlee will be a surfer Aubree, sand castles are her forte. We will keep everyone updated on our moving process. We will miss everyone but there is blogging still, Yeah!!!I forgot to tell you guys that the 22 hour drive up there was great. We took Rylee with us and being 7 months old and traveling that long we thought she would be terrible, WRONG!! She was terrific. She only cried when she had a dirty diaper and when she was hungry. Awesome. Then when we were flying home on the 1st, she was happy the whole time. Smiling at everyone, playing, and it helped that we had a whole row to our selves the whole time. We went from Norfolk, VA to Jacksonville, stopped, let people off and people on, then went from there to Tampa, did the same thing, then went to Houston, and then finally to Dallas. We were up at 530 and I am very thankful for a very happy child that flight home. The flight attendants told her that she should stay on all their flights to make them smile all day. Our little Rylee, hope she stays this good her whole life, cross our fingers. Ok I had to let everyone know what a great baby we have. Thanks!!

Daddy's Girls

I have taken some pictures of Derrick and the Girls before he is off to Virginia Beach. He is excited to start working there but very sad that we are not going with him right away. I had to take some pictures of him and the gilrs so he could see them every day. I would have been in them but it seemed like all our neighbors were gone and did not have anyone take the pictuers. Oh well, we are taking family pictures in Nov. so it gives me a little more time to lose some weight before you guys see me. Ha Ha!!!

Well I just painted my kitchen. I am loving it. The way it happens with the Udy's is that we like to ge the house just the way we like it and then we move. It stinks. What can we do about it, NOTHING!!! If you can see the picture let me know what you think.

Aubree's Birthday

Well we just had Aubree's 10 birthday. What a fun time we had. Her birthday fell on Wednesday so Derrick and I took her out of school at 12 and took her to lunch. She wanted to go to Olive Garden.What a wonderful lunch we had. After that we had to take Derrick to the airport. He told her that mom will take you shopping and she should get what she wanted. Well Heather is all alone with 4 girls and shopping just for Aubree, yeah right Will not do that again. What a night mare. Well she decided to have a slumber party on Friday and had 5 girls over. 3 came and she had her sisters. I decided to have them decorate face mask. I will tell you that I think they did very well. It is fun to see what kind of imagination they have with decorating. We had a blast. The girls stayed up till 1 in the morning watching Goonies and when it was over I told them it was time for bed and it took them 30 minutes longer. I am not a big fan of birthday parties but we will have them until they turn 12 I think I am not sure maybe sooner. What a fun mom I am!!

Sydnee's Arm

This is my poor little Syd. She climbed up on my t.v. table that is only 11 inches off the floor and I told her to get off of the table or you are going to get hurt. next thing I know is that Aubree is telling me that Syd is hurt and she is not moving and she is crying. I walk around the counter in the kitchen and she is just lying there not moving and really not crying just whining. I lift her up and notice that her arm is not hanging right. Holly had just left my house and I was not going to take 2 extra girls to the hospital with me. I call her and she came back while I went to the hospital. When I got there the x rays said that she had broke it straight through so we had to go to the children's hospital in Dallas. Derrick rode with her in the ambulance I I followed. we spent all night there or Derrick did and I went home to be with the other girls and the next morning I took them to school and went back to the hospital to find out that we have to have 2 screws put into her elbow to hold the bones together and wait to get it casted because of the swelling. We go back in 2 weeks and the get a cast put on. She had that cast on for 6 weeks and took her back to get another cast put on for 3 more weeks. This is what the out come is. It has been awhile since she had that happen and her arms works great and she does not get on the t.v. table any more.

Rylee's Popsicle

Rylee is going to town with this fruit pop cycle. She loves cold things when your teething. I swear she will teeth forever. she is now 7 months old and no teeth yet. She was teething 3 months ago it seems.

Aubree's Boo Boo

Aubree decided to swing on my counter tops one day and her arms gave out and she fell straight onto the tile floor in our kitchen. I took her to the quick care to make sure she did not fracture or brake her jaw. Everything turned out great. nothing broke or fractured, but a long time to heal.

Virginia Beach... here we come!

Just to let everyone know the Udy's are on the move again. Vegas to Kentucky, Kentucky to Texas. Now Texas to Virginia Beach. One day I think we will decide to settle down and find a place to stay. Derrick got a job offer out there that we can't turn down and so, we go. I am happy for him because this is were he has been wanting to go for awhile and the excitement I hear in his voice when he is there is awesome. I just hope I feel the same way too. The girls are excited for the beach, but here comes the fall and cooler weather. Not much beach this year but lots to come the following years. I am very sad to leave my sister and her family. I feel like I have become so close with her. She is a fun person to be around. It is going to be hard to leave knowing that she won't come with, HA, HA!! Really it will be hard! We have loved it here in Texas so much. The weather is beautiful here and everything is right here. We do not have to travel very far to do much. I(Heather) have never been to Virginia Beach, but a lot of people are telling me that is beautiful there and I will love it. Derrick will be off on Oct. 1 and the girls and I are staying behind hopefully until Thanksgiving, but we will see. I don't always get all the luck I want. Anyways we will miss everyone here in Texas and I will really miss living closer to home.

Our Trip to Las Vegas

OK I need to go back and tell you guys what a crazy idea Holly and I had!! You all know that Derrick and I went to New York, well our plane arrived home around 11:00 pm and we got home at 11:30 and Holly and me and all the kids decided to go to Vegas. At 12 midnight we left and drove straight through.We arrived at our parents house around 6 :30 - 7 the next night. CRAZY but we had a lot of fun. We stayed there for 8 days and the saddest thing was that our family went to the Montana cabin 5 days after we got there, we knew about it though, but we were sad to see them go but happy also. We know how much fun they were going to have. Skiing, jet skiing, fishing,tubing, you know all the fun stuff you do when you are at the cabin you grew up with and remembering everything. Fun times. I really do miss living near the whole family. Don't get me wrong I loved living near Holly and Scot, and Melly and her boys in Kentucky, but it is different when the whole family gets together and laugh over old times. Anyway not to make things depressing, but Yes I miss family.

Sydnee's First Day of Preschool

My day has started off with a emotional 4 year old,Sydnee. Today we start preschool, do you think she has been sooooo excited to start, oh yes!!! We get up and she is excited and a split second later she is crying and telling me that she does not want to go to preschool. We dont have a back pack and sparkly pencils for me to go to school, I dont want to go, then we are happy again and she wants to go, hold on now we don't. Ahhhh!!! I felt like pulling my hair out but I kept my cool and explained that preschool is so much fun , you get to make fun things and you learn how to write your name and #'s. She thought about it, i don't want to go. I say, I will take you to mcdonalds after you get out of school and I will let you play for along time. NO, I don't want to go. I just took her and as soon as we got there off she went with all the kids and has no more thoughts of not wanting to be there. Happy all day long now that she went and she got to do her first homework, she is all about it now, loving it!!!

Our Trip to New York

O.k. I am crazy. First I will start off with New York, so much fun!!! The weather was great breezy and cool. We got there early friday morning. We walked around and got to know what was around us and at 2:00 in the afternoon we had scheduled a boat tour. That was awesome. We saw the statue of Liberty, all the bridges, Brookland bridge, etc. Pictures will be coming still trying to get thm developed. We saw where the twin towers used to be. A man made waterfall. To me it was ok but not that exciting. I could go back to visit again and again but I could never live there. To busy. Saturday was busy. we got up at and at 9 was our appointment for the temple. WOW!! We did not see all the stories to the temple but i am sure it is 5 stories high. It looked like a big office building but haqd the moroni on the top. Pretty inside though. When we got done with that we had a broadway show at 1:00. We saw the phantom!! Loved it!! After that was done we had a mystery dinner at 7. If you ever go to New York you need to go to a mystery dinner.Dinner with the mob, lots of fun. Sunday we went with some friends to china town and little Italy. Big shopping places for cheap. It kind of reminded me of mexico, I could stay there all day looking around. Around 2:30 we had to get back and get ready to fly back to Texas.
